The Margot
The Margot underwent renovations in 2024 with major enhancements to the lobby and lounge areas. The lobby area with high ceilings and solid surface floors called for sound absorption and a softening of the edges. Floor to ceiling velvet drapery was just the right touch for this luxury apartment building in Downtown Bellevue. A mock roman shade located above a street side window in a reading nook added a level of coziness and comfort.

The Ballard Independent
The Ballard Independent Apartment Building in the bustling young and vibrant section of Ballard. The Annex Club is their top floor resident lounge with comfortable seating, kitchen and entertaining space. To enhance the comfort and inviting aesthetic, they added sheer drapery on manually traversing tracks mounted at the ceiling. This has enhanced the room and helps with glare from the afternoon sun. In the evenings, when closed the sheers enhance privacy and warmth. This was a job we are quite proud of, because it turned out so well.
