Reupholster or Buy new?
This is a question that our customers frequently ask. Pieces of furniture that are typically worth recovering are those that are of special or sentimental value, antiques, pieces that were built of high quality originally, or something that fits just right in a room. An added benifit to reupholstering furniture is our great selection of fabrics.
Sometimes it is more economical to buy new furniture but, the quality of a reupholstery job is typically better, the fabric selection is almost always wider, and you don't have to worry about disposal of the old piece of furniture.
There is great value in recovering!!

The Joyces had purchased an antique for a song because the upholstery job previously had been of marginal quality.  After bringing the piece to us, they had a valuable like new heirloom!

A solid and sturdy oak frame, copper wire for seat support, and well assembled, we  knew this chair could be something special.

After reinforcing and padding the seat, adding lumbar support, an ornate gimp and fabulous fabric this was a piece to be proud of!
